Christian rock four-piece Needtobreathe are hitting the road once more, headed to Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on Saturday 8th September 2018 for a night of all-out rock! Embarking on the Forever on Your Side Tour this summer, promoting their new album of the same name, the band will be performing exciting new material as well as some of their biggest singles and they'll be joined by special guests Johnnyswim & Forest Blakk for this epic show!
One of Christian rock's most successful groups, Needtobreathe formed in Seneca, South Carolina, in 1998. The popularity of the band's independently released debut album The Feature (2001) led to a contract with Universal Music Group's Lava Records in 2005 and the band released their major-label debut, Daylight, the following year. A hit with critics and fans alike, the album led to two nominations at the 2007 GMA Dove Awards with "Washed by the Water" (a single from the album) winning Dove Award for "Rock/Contemporary Song of the Year" at the 40th GMA Dove Awards ceremony – the first of ten Dove Awards for the band. To date, the band has released six studio albums.
